I’m Rebecca Funsho Adeeko.
I take messy, ambiguous problems and turn them into clear systems. Chaos to clarity to confident action.
The instinct started in law. LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2022. The training taught me to read structure, find the risk, and write it down clearly.
That thinking moved into operations. I currently run investor pipeline development for a US-based real estate investment firm, and I run Behls Consulting, my independent practice, where I build outreach and operations systems for founders and small teams.
I’m now an AI Fellow at Attention Factory, extending the same systems mindset into AI-powered workflows.
This is a building season, not a visibility one. This site is where the quiet work shows up.
How I think
Systems over surface.
Every problem has a shape underneath. My first move is always to find it. Read the structure, name the pattern, and design around the actual constraint instead of the surface symptom. Whether that's an outreach pipeline that isn't converting or a workflow that keeps breaking, the fix lives in the system, not the polish.
Show the work.
I'd rather share the messy diagnostic than the clean deliverable. Real proof is process. The framework used, the trade-off made, the number that moved. Polished output is easy to fake. The reasoning underneath isn't.

The end goal isn't a prettier document or a fuller dashboard. It's someone who was stuck now knowing what to do next. Every system I build is measured against that. Does it let the person on the other side move with confidence?

Diagnosing a pipeline slowdown
For a US-based real estate investment firm, I traced a decline in messages-per-booked-meeting through the pipeline data. The trend pointed to sourcing quality, not messaging. A lead-scoring problem, not a copy problem. I identified VA lead-scoring as the highest-leverage fix.
Behls Consulting, my independent practice
I run Behls Consulting to build outreach and operations systems for founders and small teams. Deliberately capped intake at two active clients with a flex third. The practice runs on structure I can defend, not volume I can't.
Delivery efficiency analysis
Cleaned and joined delivery and fulfillment data for a logistics company, built a Power BI dashboard to track late-delivery trends by region and time frame. Helped cut average delivery time by 15%.
